Country Herb Roasted Chix

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 - 3 lb. chix, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 env. Lipton Recipe Garlic & Savory Herb Recipes soup mix
  • 2 T water
  • 1 T olive or vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. In 13"x 9" baking pan, arrange chix.

  3. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

  4. Brush on chix.

  5. Bake uncovered 45 min. or until chix is done.
