Ingredients

  • 2/3 c evap milk
  • 2Tbs butter
  • 1 2/3c sugar
  • 1/2 c chopped nuts (opt)
  • 2 c mini marshmellows or 1 lg spoon marshmello cream
  • 1 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine milk, butter and sugar in sauce pan. Heat to a boil. Cook 5 mins stirring constantly-ONLY 5 mins. Remove from heat. Add marshmellows (or cream). Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until marshmellows and chocolate are melted. Optional to add nuts at this point. Pour into buttered 8" pan.
