Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions

Saute 1 lb frozen spinach with 2 cloves minced garlic in olive oil.

Remove from heat, stir in 1/3 cup each of milk and low-fat mayonnaise.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place in an oiled baking dish and top with ΒΌ cup seasoned breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp Parmesan and 1 tsp olive oil. Bake at 450F for 10-15 minutes.
