Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Grated Parmesan for Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Steam asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, green beans, or zucchini.

  2. When vegetables are tender, drain them and return to pan. Add about a tbsp of very fruity olive oil and tbsp of freshly grated Parmigiano. Toss vegetables over low heat just long enough to warm the oil and soften the cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
