Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bag spinach (10-12 oz), stems trimmed
- Coarse salt and pepper
- 2 pinches ground nutmeg
Directions

Heat garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and turn in pan until leaves wilt. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a couple of pinches of nutmeg.
