Spinach with Nutmeg and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bag spinach (10-12 oz), stems trimmed
  • Coarse salt and pepper
  • 2 pinches ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Heat garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and turn in pan until leaves wilt. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a couple of pinches of nutmeg.
