Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies; undrained
  • 8 slices bacon, criply cooked, drained and crumbled

Directions

  1. Cut cheese into 1/2 inch cubes and place into microwaveable bowl.

  2. Add spinach, cream cheese, Rotel, and bacon.

  3. Microwave on high for 5 min or until Velveeta is melted and mixture is blended, stirring after 3 minutes.

  4. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
