Ingredients
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies; undrained
- 8 slices bacon, criply cooked, drained and crumbled
Directions

Cut cheese into 1/2 inch cubes and place into microwaveable bowl.

Add spinach, cream cheese, Rotel, and bacon.

Microwave on high for 5 min or until Velveeta is melted and mixture is blended, stirring after 3 minutes.

Serve hot with tortilla chips.
