Luscious Cream Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff patry; thawed
  • 3.4 ounces vanilla instand pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 square Baker's semi-sweet chocolate

Directions

  1. Unfold puff patry on a lightly floured surface.

  2. Roll into a 10" square.

  3. Cut into 9 circles with a 3" cookie cutter.

  4. Place 2" apart on baking sheet.

  5. Bake 10 minutes.

  6. Remove to wire racks and allow to cool completely.

  7. While the pasteries are cooling; beat pudding mix with cold milk.

  8. Wisk for 2 minutes.

  9. Stir in cool whip.

  10. Refridgerate 15 minutes.

  11. Melt chocolate as directed on package.

  12. Split pastry rounds.

  13. Fill with pudding mixture.

  14. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
