Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 6 bacon slices
- 1 10-oz package ready-to-use spinach leaves
- 2 hard boiled eggs
Directions

Whisk ketchup, vinegar, sugar and Worc sauce in small bowl to blend. Gradually whisk in oil; mix in onion. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook bacon until brown and crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain. Crumble bacon. Combine spinach and bacon in large bowl. Toss salad with enough dressing to coat lightly.
