Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 3 tbs butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (31/2 oz) pkg thin sliced pepperoni, quartered
  • 8 oz. (2 cups) shredded Provolone or Mozzerella cheese

Directions

  1. at oven to 350. Roll dough to 12×9-inch rectangle on lightly fluerd surface.

  2. Combine seasonings with butter; brush lightly on dough, reserving some for top of dough.
  3. Cover with pepperoni slices, then with cheese.

  4. Roll up jelly-roll style.

  5. Brush with remaining butter mixture.

  6. Pinch seams of dough tightly.

  7. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.

  8. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins.

  9. Cool at least 15 mins.

  10. Cut into 1-inch thick slices.
