Ingredients
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 medium tomatoes (about 1.5 lbs), cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
- 4 large basil leaves, thinly sliced
- black pepper
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions

In small bowl, toss onion with vinegar and salt; set aside 10 minutes. Place tomatoes on platter; top with onion mixture. Sprinkle with basil, pepper, salt and olive oil.
