Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup + 1/8 cups cups confectioners sugar
- 10 oz brandy, approx
- 12 cups milk
- fresh grated nutmeg
Directions

Separate eggs. In a lrg bowl beat the egg whites until frothy.

Whisk in 1/2 cup + 2 tbs of powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

Beat egg yolks w/ remaining 1/4 of cup of sugar and 2-4 Tbs of brandy until light and lemon colored.

Fold egg whites into egg yolks and refrigerate.

In a lrg stockpot post heat the milk until hot, but don’t boil. Reduce heat and keep milk hot.

To each mug add 1 Tbs brandy (or more to taste) and 1/2 large heaping Tbs of egg mixture.

Stir and fill mug w/ hot milk.

Place another 1/2 Tbs on top and sprinkle with nutmeg.
