Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 3/4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1/2 cup Franks buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 15 oz jar Chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 1 bunch celery, cut into 4 inch pieces
  • Crackers of choice

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350

  2. Cook chicken in skillet over medium heat (poach)

  3. Once chicken is cooked, stir in hot sauce and simmer a few mins.

  4. Spread cream cheese on bottom of serving dish; place chicken in hot sauce on top of cream cheese.

  5. Pour blue cheese on top.

  6. Bake at 350 about 20 mins, until hot a bubbly.

  7. Serve w/ celery sticks and crackers.
