Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh bean sprouts (very white) blanched.
- 8oz water chestnuts, chop fine
- 4oz. bamboo shoots, chop fine
- 1 lb pork or shrimp, cooked or sautéed, chopped
- 2 oz. soy sauce
- 2 oz. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 eggs beaten and 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- Won ton wrappers
Directions

Combine all ingredients.

Put in middle of won ton wrappers

Fold over 3 sides, leave up 1 side.

Use egg wash to seal.

Deep fry til golden

Serve w/ sweet and sour or hot mustard sauce.
