Chinese Eggs Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh bean sprouts (very white) blanched.
  • 8oz water chestnuts, chop fine
  • 4oz. bamboo shoots, chop fine
  • 1 lb pork or shrimp, cooked or sautéed, chopped
  • 2 oz. soy sauce
  • 2 oz. sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs beaten and 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Won ton wrappers

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Put in middle of won ton wrappers

  3. Fold over 3 sides, leave up 1 side.

  4. Use egg wash to seal.

  5. Deep fry til golden

  6. Serve w/ sweet and sour or hot mustard sauce.
