Knorr Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg (2.4oz) Knorr leek soup mix
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 pks (6oz) crabmeat
  • 1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbs fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill weed.

Directions

  1. In med. bowl, stir together soup mix, sour cream, lemon juice and hot sauce until well blended.

  2. Stir in crabmeat, artichokes, cheese and dill.

  3. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

  4. Serve with Carr’s Crackers.

  5. Makes 3/4 cups.
