Ingredients
- 3 bunches watercress
- 3 cups coarsely torn salad greens
- 1 small head radicchio, separated
- 1 cup sliced fennel
- 3 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
- 2 pears, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Directions

Toss the watercress, salad greens, radicchio, and fennel together in a large salad bowl.

Scatter the pine nuts, pears and Parmesan over the greens.

Toss the salad with vinaigrette.
