Ingredients
- 1 med zucchini, slices
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp basil leaves, crushed
- 2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded mozz cheese
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pepperoni
- 1-2 tsp grated Parm cheese
Directions

MICRO: On med micro-safe plate, arrange zucchini slices

Sprinkle w/ onion powder and basil.

Top w/ mozz cheese, pepperoni and Parm.

Micro on high for 1 -2 mins until cheese is melted.

EN: Heat oven to 350.

Prepare nachos as directed above using a 9 inch pie pan.

Bake for 5-10 mins.
