Ingredients
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Directions

combine dry milk, dry breadcrumbs, and onion. Add meat and mix well.

Shape into 3 dozen small balls . Place in shallow baking pan.

Blend water, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, garlic and ginger

Pour over meatballs. Let stand 1 hours. stir once or twice.

Bake meatballs in sauce, uncovered at 350 for 20-25 mins.
