LouLou’s Amazing Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar (depending on your taste)
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (I use almond)
- 1 egg-replacer (I use Redmill)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions

In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients.

In a smaller bowl combine the wet ingredients.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

Mix well into a smooth batter.

Preheat a small pancake pan ( I spray a little canola oil on too).

Use a soup ladle to drop batter onto pan.

When the surface of batter begins to bubble, FLIP!

Cook the other side for another 30 seconds or so and serve HOT!
