Ingredients
- 1 c butter, soft
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
- 3 c. uncooked regular oats
- 1 (11.5oz) pkg semi-sweet choc mega morsels
- 1 c. toasted pecans
Directions

Oven – 350

Beat butter and sugars at med speed with an electric mixer until creamy.

Add eggs and vanilla, beating well.

Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups and level w. knife.

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt into a bowl; stirring well.

Add oats, stir well.

Add to butter mixture and stir until blended.

Drop by teaspoon fulls 2 inches apart on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

Bake 10 mins or until brown around edges.

Cool on pan 2-3 min until firm.
