Ingredients
- 1 c. unsalted butter
- 1 1/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 5 1/3 c/ quick-cooking oats
- 2 tsp vanilla
- GLAZE:
- 2 cups semi-sweet choc chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions

Oven – 350

Grease 9×13 pan.

Beat butter and sugar in a large down w/ electric mixer until fluffy.

Stir in corn syrup, oats and vanilla w/ wooden spoon.

With buttered fingers, pat mix evenly into prepared pan.

Bake in middle of oven 16 mins. (Dough will still look moist near center. Don’t overbake!)

Cool in pan on rack until lukewarm, then spread warm glaze over top.

Cool completely (may be refrigerated).

GLAZE: Put chips and peanut butter in a small saucepan

Stir over low heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
