Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1/2 OJ
- 1/4 c. orange zest
- 1 c. chopped cranberries
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

Oven – 325

Generously grease 2 (1lb) loaf pans

In large bowl, sift together dry ingredients.

In separate bowl, combine egg, butter, water, OJ and orange rind until moistened.

Add cranberries and nuts.

Pour into prepared pans.

Bake 60-70 mins until bread tests done.
