- 2 cups peanut butter, divided use
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips, divided use

In a medium saucepan, melt the remaining 3/4 cup peanut butter and 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips over lowest possible heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Spread mixture over graham cracker crust in pan. Chill for at least 1 hour or until chocolate is firm. Cut into 24 bars. Store in covered containers between layers of wax paper.
