Sweet Fried Rice

Serves 3 people

Ingredients
- 1/2 Vidalia onion
- 3 carrots
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups sweet brown rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Shoyu
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 head of cabbage
- 2 cloves of garlic
Directions

Cook rice according to directions.

Use food processors to slice all veggies (or cut finely).

Once rice is almost done, begin heating up 1 tablespoon oil and garlic in a larger pan.

Add veggies to pan and saute 3-5 minutes. Remove from pan.

Add remaining oil to pan and cooked rice.

Cook rice for 3-5 minutes then add veggies, shoyu, sea salt, and garlic powder. Cook for 3 more minutes.
