Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 2 cups sliced cucumber
- 1 cup diced plum tomato
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup sliced radishes
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 diced carrot
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

Combine first 11 ingredients in a bowl. To prepare dressing, combine buttermilk and remaining 6 ingredients, stirring with a whisk.
