Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings (25)
- 1 C. butter
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1/5 C. flour
- 1/2 C. sesame seeds
- 1/2 t. grd ginger
Directions

Singe wings; cut off tips

Divide each wing in 1/2 by cutting through the joint w. sharp knife.

Wash/drain on paper towel.

Melt butter in lrg shallow pan.

Mix flour, seeds, salt and ginger in pie plate.

Roll chicken pieces, one at a time, in butter in pan, letting any excess drip back.

Roll in flour mix to coat generously.

Set aside on sheets of waxed paper until all are coated.

Arrange in single layer, not touching, in same pan.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 or until tender and richly golden on BOTTOM.

Put pan in heated broiler for 3-5 mins, or until tips are golden brown.
