Ingredients
- 2/3 c. mini choc. chips
- 1/2 c. crushed chow mein noodles
- 2/3 c peanut butter
- 1 6oz pkg brickle chips, divided
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. instant non-fat dry milk powder
- 2 T water
- 1/2 cup honey
- Chocolate Almond Topping
- 1 1/2 c. mini choc chops
- 3 T. solid veg shortening
- 2 T almond extract
Directions

In mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips, chow mein noodles, peanut butter 1/2 cup of the brickle chips, powdered sugar, dry milk, water and honey.

Mix well.

Press mix into 8×8 baking pan

Refrigerate until firm.

Prepare topping and spread over bars

(TOPPING:

In double boiler, melt choc chips and shortening over hot, not boiling water.

Stir.

OR – place in glass bowl and micro on high 1/5 mins.

Add almond extract and mix well. )

Sprinkle top with remaning brickel chips.
