Scotch Crispies

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz pkg Butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups oven-toasted rice cereal

Directions

  1. Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter over hot (not boiling) double boiler.

  2. Stir until chips melt and mix is smooth.

  3. Transfer mix to large bowl.

  4. Add cereal and mix well.

  5. Press into foil-lined 13×9

  6. Chill for 2 hour.
