Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1.5 c. flour
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. butter, soft
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 c. mini marshmallows
- TOPPING:
- 2/3 c. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 t. vanilla
- 2 c. peanut butter chips
- 2 c. rice crispies cereal
- 2 c. salted peanuts
Directions

Oven @ 350

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.

In large bowl, combine all crust ingredients except marshmallows until crumb mixture forms.

Bake for 12-15 mins until light brown.

Immediately sprinkle w/ marshmallows and bake 1-2 mis longer or until marshmallows just begin to puff.

Cool while preparing topping.

TOPPING:

IN large saucepan, heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla and peanut butter chips just until chops are melted and mix is smooth, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; stir in cereal and peanuts.

Immediately spoon warm topping onto bars.
