Ingredients
- 8 c. cubed, peeled zucchini
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. nutmeg
- TOPPING:
- 1 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1 c. flour
- 2/3 cup butter
Directions

In bowl, combine zucchini, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well.

Pour into a greased 9×13 dish.

TOPPING:

Combine brown sugar, oats and flour into a bowl; but in butter until crumbly.

Sprinkle over the zucchini mixture.

Bake at 375 for 45-50 mins or until bubbly and zucchini is tender.
