Cherry Crunch Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Keebelr Ready-Crust Graham Cracker pie crust (or butter flavored)
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • 1 30oz can cherry pie filling (or 21oz for less full pie)
  • 1 Tbs cornstarch
  • 1 Tbs water
  • 2 Tbs packed light brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. quick-cooking oats
  • 3 Tbs butter, melted

Directions

  1. Oven @ 375

  2. Brush bottom and sides of crust evenly with egg yolk; bake on baking sheet until lightly brown, about 5 mins.

  3. Remove from oven.

  4. Place cherry pie filling in bowl.

  5. Combine cornstarch and water to make a smooth paste.

  6. Mix into pie filling and spoon into crust.

  7. Combine sugar, brown sugar, flour and oats; mix in melted butter.

  8. Spoon oat mix over pie pilling.

  9. Bake @ 375 for 35 mins.

  10. Cool at least 4 hours.

  11. Serve at room temp.
