Ingredients
- 1 Keebelr Ready-Crust Graham Cracker pie crust (or butter flavored)
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 30oz can cherry pie filling (or 21oz for less full pie)
- 1 Tbs cornstarch
- 1 Tbs water
- 2 Tbs packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. quick-cooking oats
- 3 Tbs butter, melted

Oven @ 375

Brush bottom and sides of crust evenly with egg yolk; bake on baking sheet until lightly brown, about 5 mins.

Remove from oven.

Place cherry pie filling in bowl.

Combine cornstarch and water to make a smooth paste.

Mix into pie filling and spoon into crust.

Combine sugar, brown sugar, flour and oats; mix in melted butter.

Spoon oat mix over pie pilling.

Bake @ 375 for 35 mins.

Cool at least 4 hours.

Serve at room temp.
