Ingredients
- 1.5 c. unsifted flour
- 1.5 t. salt
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. nutmeg
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 T. water
- 1 (12oz) pkg butterscotch chips
- 2 cups quick oats

In small bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine peanut butter, cinnamon and nutmeg; beat until creamy.

Gradually beat in brown sugar.

Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

Blend in flour mixture and water.

Stir in buttersc. chips and oats.

Drop by heaping spoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Makes 5 dozen cookies
