Ingredients
- 1 c. flour, divided
- 1 c. + 2 T. sugar, divided
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 c. butter, chilled
- 3 squares (1oz each) unsweetened chocolate, melted and divided
- 3 pkgs (8oz each) cream cheese, soft
- 2 t. vanilla
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- Whipped cream (optional)
Directions

In bowl, combine 3/4 cup of the flour, 2 Tbsp sugar and salt.

With pastry blender, cut in butter.

Stir in 1/3 of the melted chocolate.

Press mix into bottom of 9 inch springform pan

Bake @ 400 degrees for 10 mins.

Cool

In lrg bowl, mix cream cheese and remaining cup of sugar at low speed of mixer until smooth.

Blend in remaning 1/4 cup flour and vanilla.

Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in sour cream.

small bowl, mix 1.5 cups of the cheese mixture w/ remaining 2/3 of melted chocolate.

Put half of plain cheese mix on cooled crust.

Top with half of chocolate-cheese mix.

Add remaining plain cheese mix, then rest of choc/cheese mix.

Cut through mixtures w/ spatula to form swirl pattern.

Bake at 500 for 12 mins.

Reduce heat to 200 and cool on rack 2 hours., away from drafts.

Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
