Ingredients
- 1 lrg angel food cake
- 14 sm Butterfingers, crushed
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. powered sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 pint whipping cream
Directions

Whip cream and place in refrigerator

Beat together butter and powdered sugar; then add the egg yolks and vanilla. Mix well.

To the creamed mix, fold in whipped cream.

Set aside.

Break angel food into bite size pieces and place 1/2 of pieces in 9×13 pan.

Over this, spread 1/2 of the cream layer, then 1/2 Butterfingers.

Repeat layers, ending with Butterfingers on top.

Refrigerate
