Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- FILLING:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 large carrot, grated
Directions

CRUST:

Grease pan a bit before putting in crust.

Crumble together ingredients in pan and press firmly.

Bake at 375 for 10-15 mins.

Do NOT let crust brown.

FILLING: Combine ingredients and stir in nuts and carrots.

Place batter on crust.

Bake @ 350 for 30-40 mins
