Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed well
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • pita bread

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except chickpeas in food processor – blend until evenly mixed. Add chickpeas and blend 5-10 minutes until thick and creamy. Top with chopped parsley and paprika.
