Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed well
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp tahini
- pita bread
Directions

Place all ingredients except chickpeas in food processor – blend until evenly mixed. Add chickpeas and blend 5-10 minutes until thick and creamy. Top with chopped parsley and paprika.
