Ingredients
- FILLING:
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 c. cooking apples (peeled, cored, sliced)
- 3 T. flour
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- TOPPING:
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. hard butter
- 1 t. cinnamon
Directions

Mix all FILLING ingredients well and place in 8 or 9 inch prepared pastry shell.

Blend TOPPING ingredients in a separate bowl w/ the use of a pastry cutter.

Sprinkle over the top of the pie filling.

Bake @ 450 for 15 mins.

Continue to make for 30 mins or until apples are tender.
