Ingredients
- 2 pkg crescent rolls
- 2 8oz cream cheese, soft
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg white
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- chopped nuts for topping
Directions

Place 1 pkg rolls on bottom of greased baking 13×9 pan.

Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla and spread over rolls.

Place other pkg of rolls over top.

Beat egg white stiff and brush over rolls.

Sprinkle w/ topping (sugar and nuts)

Bake @ 250 for 30-35 mins, until lightly browned.
