Ingredients
- 3-4 lb pot roast
- Mrs. Dash gallant garlics
- 1 jar Heinz fat free gravy
- 8oz sliced mushrooms
- salt
- 1/4 c. sliced olive
Directions

Put in corning dish and sprinkle w/ mrs. dash and salt, quarter 1/2 of large onion and place over top of meat.

Slice scant 1/4 cup of green olves and sprinkle over top.

Put jar of gravy over meat.

Cover and bake at 325-350 for 2 hours 45 mins.

Put over top the sliced friend mushrooms and cook for 1/2 hour more.

Let stand covered for a couple hours.

Can zap in micro to heat up before serving.
