Mom’s Country Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb pot roast
  • Mrs. Dash gallant garlics
  • 1 jar Heinz fat free gravy
  • 8oz sliced mushrooms
  • salt
  • 1/4 c. sliced olive

Directions

  1. Put in corning dish and sprinkle w/ mrs. dash and salt, quarter 1/2 of large onion and place over top of meat.

  2. Slice scant 1/4 cup of green olves and sprinkle over top.

  3. Put jar of gravy over meat.

  4. Cover and bake at 325-350 for 2 hours 45 mins.

  5. Put over top the sliced friend mushrooms and cook for 1/2 hour more.

  6. Let stand covered for a couple hours.

  7. Can zap in micro to heat up before serving.
