Ingredients
- 4 lb beef roast or sirloin (good grade)
- 1/2 lrg onion sliced
- salt
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1 box fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cans fat free savory beef gravy
Directions

Mix together all ingredients EXCEPT only use 1 can of gravy at first – add second jar after 2 hours of baking.

Bake @ 350 for 4-5 hours; start at 350, turn down to 325 after 2 hours.
