Ingredients
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 12 oz fresh broccoli
- 1 26oz jar marinara sauce
- 1/2 c. ricotta
- 4 oz diced mozzarella
- Fresh parsley
Directions

12 oz penne pasta according to directions

Add 1 pkg fresh broccoli florets the last 4 mins of cooking.

Mix 1 jar (26oz) marinara sauce and
-
1/2 cup part-skim ricotta in a large pan.

Cook over low/med heat until hot.

Drain pasta and broccoli

return to pot

Add sauce mix to pasta and mix well.

Immediately add 4 oz diced mozzarella cheese,
-
3 Tbs fresh parsley and 1/4 cup parmesan.

Stir until cheese melts.

Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle with more parsley and cheese.
