Ingredients
- 2 4.5oz strained baby food apricots
- 1/3 c. Ketchup
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 glove garlic, minced
- 2 t. ground ginger
- 1 t. salt
- dash pepper
- 4 lbs pork spare ribs or chicken
Directions

Combine: Apricots, ketchup, vinegar, soy, garlic, ginger and set aside

Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper

Arrange in 9×13 pan, cover an bake @ 350 for 1 hour.

Drain off fat.

Pour sauce over ribs, cover and con’t baking @ 350 until tender, about 30 mins.

Keep warm in a low oven until serving.
