Ingredients
- 1 lrg round steak
- 1 jar savory beef non-fat gravy
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 onion
Directions

In a little flour on wax paper, dip meat pieces and dredge

Sprinkle w/ garlic salt, salt and pepper and parsley.

Fry until brown and take meat out of pan.

In same fry pa, fry 1 can mushrooms w/ 1/2 sliced thin onion.

Put meat, mushroom and onion mix in casserole dish and pour 1 jar of gravy on top.

Bake covered @ 275 approx 3 hours
