Turkey Crunch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 c. diced cooked turkey
  • 2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. blanched chopped almonds
  • 1 T. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. mayo
  • chow main noodles or potato chips

Directions

  1. Mix together first 6 ingredients.

  2. Stir soup into mayo; toss w/ turkey mixture.

  3. Turn into 2 qt casserole

  4. Sprinkle w/ noodles

  5. Bake @ 350 for 30 mins, until mix is bubblly.
