Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- 1/3 c. slivered blanched almonds
- 1 t. cornstarch
- 1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, slices
- 2 t. instant chicken bouillion
- 1/4 t. bouquet garnish, if desired
Directions

Wash cauliflower and separate into florets.

In pan cook cauliflower in small amount of boiling salted water, covered for 15-20 mins or until tender.

Drain

In skillet, melt butter, stir in mushrooms, onions, almonds and bullion.

Saute in water; stir in butter mixture

Cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens
