Graham Crackers

*Cut dough can be put placed in freezer on a baking sheet for 20 min. Remove from freezer and transfer to a ziploc bag. Freeze dough for up to 4 months. When ready to bake, place on parchment paper and bake 15 min.
*Brown Sugar Substitute – 1 cup Splenda granular and 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup = 1 cup brown sugar
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 8 people
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup butter, chilled and cubed
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/8 cup water

In a mixed, combine flours, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda

Cut in butter until it resembles a coarse meal

Add honey and water; mix until combined

Roll dough until 1/4-inch thick; use cookie cutter to make shapes

Bake on parchment paper for 15 min at 350 F
