Ingredients
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 cup nonfat plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cups (8 oz) frozen sliced peaches or other frozen fruit
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp bran
Directions

Place milk, yogurt, honey, peaches, banana and bran in blender. Serve chilled.
