Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1lb ground beef
- 1lb ground sausage (hot)
- 1/2 block cream cheese (4oz)
- half an onion, chopped
- half a green bell pepper, chopped
- 8-10 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Saute vegetables in oil until tender

Add beef and sausage to veggies and cook until no longer pink; drain and return to pan over low heat

Add cream cheese and stir through until melted

Spread mixture into a well greased 9×13 pan

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and salt and pepper

Pour eggs over meat mixture and then cover with your favorite shredded cheese

Bake for 30 min until eggs are cooked
