Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 2 cups chicken
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tblsp. salsa
- salt to taste
- 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 c. green chilis
- egg wash
- vegetable oil
Directions

Mix ingredients and fill tortillas.

Brush edges of tortillas with egg wash and then fold them into squares.

Fry tortillas in vegetable oil; then warm them in the oven at 375 degrees for 15 mins.
