- 1 T. mined fresh parsley, basil or fresh herb
- 1 t .Dijon mustard
- S & P
Directions

IN small pan, melt butter w/ herbs and salt and pepper over low heat.

Remove and let stand about 15 mins to gain flavor.

Dribble over fish.
