Ingredients
- 20 slices of bread
- 3 c. diced ham
- 1/2 small onion
- 10 oz swiss cheese
- 10 oz cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

Grease 9×13 pan

Cut bread into cubes, grate cheese.

Layer the ingredients as follows:

1/2 bread, 1/2 ham, 1/2 onion, 1/2 cheeses.

Repeat.

Combine milk, eggs, butter and dry mustard in bowl.

Pour over layers.

Refrigerate overnight
-
Bake uncovered at 375 for 1 hour.
